Group Therapy

If you are interested in a Therapy Group, please contact our administrative staff  (779.777.7335) to set up an initial appointment. All group members of Therapy Groups must have an intake conducted prior to entering the group. Therapy Groups charge a fee that insurance may cover. If you do not have insurance or insurance does not cover the cost of group, client's may pay cash/credit for sessions.


Adult Expressive Therapy Group

Group Meets Mondays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm STARTING ON JUNE 5th and ending on July 31st (8 session total). Group will be held at LivingRite, The Center for Behavioral Health, "Sycamore" location (please note this is subject to change; please call administrative staff to confirm)

The Adult Expressive Therapy Group is for those 18 years of age and older. The goal of the group is to support ongoing growth and healing of individuals utilizing the support of art, music, writing, movement, and activity. Utilizing Expressive Arts Therapy within a safe environment, teens will improve their social and problem solving skills, emotional identification, expression, and processing, as well as their self-awareness and insightes through guided reflection of their expressive experiences they participate in. Facilitator of the group, Brittany Male is a Licensed Clinical Social Workers and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor with specialized training in expressive therapies with both adolescents and adults.

 

***All participants must meet with a facilitator prior to participating. Insurance may be billed and coverage can be verified upon request. Limited space is available. Teen Expressive Therapy Group
