Caroline has specific training and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy related to the treatment of PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression.
Annie works with adults and couples, and uses an integrative approach that incorporates Emotionally Focused, Attachment Based, Bowenian, and Internal Family Systems Therapies to help her clients meet their goals.
