How will I know which therapist is right for me?
Our team has a wide variety of backgrounds and specialties, oftentimes working together to develop a treatment plan to help you succeed. We’re here to guide you through the process and recommend a therapist best suited for you. You may view our therapist’s profiles or contact us for help.
Is treatment covered under my insurance?
Mental Health Coverage varies depending on the type of insurance plan you have. Prior to your first appointment, we will verify your benefits as a courtesy to you. We will also submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Please note that insurance companies only provide a quote of benefits, and exact coverage will not be determined until claims are finalized by your insurance company.
Do you provide telehealth services and is it covered?
Yes, however, Telehealth Coverage varies depending on the type of insurance plan you have. Prior to your first appointment, we will verify your benefits as a courtesy to you. We will also submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Please note that insurance companies only provide a quote of benefits, and exact coverage will not be determined until claims are finalized by your insurance company. If Telehealth is not covered by your insurance company, we may still provide services via telehealth as a self-pay option.
Do you accept payment plans?
We do not accept payment plans. Payment is collected by your therapist and is due at the time of service, which depends on your insurance coverage. Most insurance plans have a deductible, which must be met before their actual coverage begins. As a courtesy, we will verify your benefits prior to your first appointment so you have an estimate of what the cost for services will be.
Will it be awkward sitting in a waiting room?
Our Virtual Waiting Room offers our clients the ability to check in confidentially and discretely from anywhere using their cell phone. You’ll receive a text alert when your therapist is ready to begin the appointment and which room to proceed to.
If you prefer not to check in virtually, we’ve designed our waiting rooms to be small, while structuring our schedules so multiple people aren’t waiting at the same time. It is likely that you will be the only person waiting at your appointment time.
Does the clinic feel like a doctor’s office?
Our offices mimic an environment that’s like home to provide a comfortable experience, with couches, pillows, and soft lighting.
What kinds of therapy do you provide?
We provide counseling services to help clients deal with a wide variety of life’s challenges, as well as address psychiatric needs with board certified doctors, and Specialty Clinics that dive into specific issues many clients face.
What are Specialty Teams?
We provide specialized treatment tailored to the needs of each client to provide the most comprehensive care in the areas of Couples & Families, PTSD & Trauma Recovery and Women’s Mental Health. Members of our specialty teams acquire training above and beyond the standards traditionally required of each discipline. To learn more about our specialty teams, click here.
