About Me

With a full range of emotions comes the challenge of understanding and expressing them—especially within our closest relationships. Grief, life transitions, and relationship stress can often leave people feeling isolated or disconnected. Using an Emotionally Focused approach to couples therapy, I help partners better understand their emotional patterns and break unhealthy communication cycles. I view conflict not as failure, but as a reflection of how deeply each partner cares about the relationship. In session, I work with couples to navigate boundaries, needs, and emotions in ways that strengthen connection and rebuild security within the relationship.

As a Licensed Social Worker with five years of mental health experience, I also work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life stressors. I especially enjoy helping youth develop emotional regulation skills and build confidence in expressing themselves authentically. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, psychodynamic approach that considers the many systems and experiences shaping each person’s life. As a first-generation American, I also value the importance of cultural influences and how they impact personal identity and relationships.

In addition, I bring four years of experience in vocational recovery, helping clients identify purpose and fulfillment through meaningful work and career development. I am committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their growth and healing.
