Amanda utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, Structural Therapy, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Experiential Therapy to help her clients reach their treatment goals towards wellness.
Erica’s therapeutic approach is integrative, using Emotion-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, Experiential, and Psychodynamic therapies. She believes in building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
Danna finds it important to create a safe and healing space for her clients to process difficult emotions, life experiences, and current challenges. She also believes her clients are the experts of their own lives.
