Heidi is a licensed in Illinois as a Clinical Psychologist and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor that utilizes various empirically validated treatment modalities based upon the needs of her client’s and their personalities.
Erica’s therapeutic approach is integrative, using Emotion-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, Experiential, and Psychodynamic therapies. She believes in building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
Rachel delivers therapeutic services from an integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and strengths-based therapy model. She works with adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.
Madeline’s therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, and integrates qualities of person-centered counseling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), parts work, and art as therapy. She works with children, adolescents and adults.
Bailey has completed training levels one and two of the Gottman Method. In addition to the Gottman approach, she gravitates towards Attachment Theory, CBT, Family Systems Theory, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
