Erica’s therapeutic approach is integrative, using Emotion-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, Experiential, and Psychodynamic therapies. She believes in building a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
Amanda utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, Structural Therapy, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Experiential Therapy to help her clients reach their treatment goals towards wellness.
Katie works with individuals, couples and families of all ages experiencing an array of life issues. Her therapeutic orientation includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Stephanie works with adults and children with a variety of issues. Her therapeutic orientation is Eclectic and includes CBT, EMDR, Schema-Based, Behavioral, and Client-Centered treatment approaches.
