Rachel delivers therapeutic services from an integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused, and strengths-based therapy model. She works with adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations.
Fernanda believes that whether you have experienced trauma, are struggling with depression, anxiety, or relational issues, her goal is to help you overcome these obstacles and live the life that you want.
Nicole specializes in working with clients managing depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, self-esteem issues, codependency, grief, fear, loneliness and adjustments to the events of life.
Raya focuses on building trusting relationships in therapy as the foundation to making progress in treatment. She uses compassion, validation, and acceptance throughout therapy to help her clients.
Bridget strives to meet each client where they are at with a person-centered, non-judgmental approach. She also specializes in working with adolescents and adults between the ages of 13-70 who are dealing with addiction issues.
Madeline’s therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, and integrates qualities of person-centered counseling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), parts work, and art as therapy. She works with children, adolescents and adults.
Bailey has completed training levels one and two of the Gottman Method. In addition to the Gottman approach, she gravitates towards Attachment Theory, CBT, Family Systems Theory, and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
Jaylen aims to tailor interventions to meet the individual needs of each of her clients. She views therapy as an engaging and collaborative journey, where clients actively participate in their own healing process.
Abby works with clients in both individual and family-based formats, addressing concerns across all stages of life. Her primary focus is treating children and adolescents while ensuring that the broader system surrounding her clients is considered in the therapeutic process.
