Tom primarily treats children & adolescents & adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Therapy, Parent Management Training, Collaborative Problem-Solving Therapy, Organizational Skills Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to help his clients achieve wellness.
Claire works a Bowen Family Therapy approach while also utilizing Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused interventions to assist her clients. She works with adults and children with a focus on couples and family therapy.
Nicole works with adolescents and adults. She uses Cognitive-Behavioral and Acceptance-Commitment therapies to help these individuals. Nicole also conducts psychological testing for multiple purposes.
Through her work with adolescents and adults, Megan believes it is important to first establish an environment that is warm, accepting, and hopeful. Therefore, treatment is individualized and collaborative, and she works together with clients to identify therapeutic goals that align with their values.
Ruth views a client’s decision to engage in counseling as an act of vulnerability and empowerment. Every client has a story to tell, and it is important that they feel safe, seen, and heard. She believes it is never too late to experience growth, healing, a sense of purpose.
Ann believes that everyone has the skills and talents to be successful, and that it’s ok for her clients to take their time to discover what’s right for them. She currently works with teens and adults.
Samantha specializes in working with addictions, first responders, trauma, emotional regulation, intimacy issues, anger management, behavioral challenges, as well as working with offenders of all types.
Riley recognizes the importance of connecting outside mental health support with a child’s schooling in order to allow the child to best access their education. She hopes to work collaboratively with clients and their families in reaching their treatment goals.
James has experience in working with individuals, ages 4-65 with ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief, and family difficulties. In addition, He has competence in working with those going through IVF or fertility treatments, or those experiencing fertility difficulties.
