Ann believes that everyone has the skills and talents to be successful, and that it’s ok for her clients to take their time to discover what’s right for them. She currently works with teens and adults.
Allie has experience in providing therapy for a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Jennifer’s goal in the therapy room is to uplift her clients’ strengths and build on their natural abilities. As such, she views the therapeutic relationship as a key factor in making progress and achieving goals.
Bridget strives to meet each client where they are at with a person-centered, non-judgmental approach. She also specializes in working with adolescents and adults between the ages of 13-70 who are dealing with addiction issues.
Raya focuses on building trusting relationships in therapy as the foundation to making progress in treatment. She uses compassion, validation, and acceptance throughout therapy to help her clients.
Morgan is a firm believer that therapy should be a collaboration between the therapist and the clients to help foster change. With much compassion and understanding, She works with clients to facilitate healing and growth, grounded in a desire to empower others to achieve their goals.
Brandon offers a safe and warm environment to process the experiences, behaviors and emotions of his clients. His therapeutic approach changes depending upon the issue, person, and dynamics being presented.
Raychael’s clinical focus includes treating children, adolescents, families, and young adults. She employs a person-centered and strengths based approach with all her clients. Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, inclusive, and largely involves meeting clients where they are.
Through her work with adolescents and adults, Megan believes it is important to first establish an environment that is warm, accepting, and hopeful. Therefore, treatment is individualized and collaborative, and she works together with clients to identify therapeutic goals that align with their values.
Sarah’s treatment orientation includes Behavioral, CBT, Attachment Therapy, EFT and Gottman Therapy. She specializes in working with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation Disorder.
Nicole works with adolescents and adults. She uses Cognitive-Behavioral and Acceptance-Commitment therapies to help these individuals. Nicole also conducts psychological testing for multiple purposes.
Claire works a Bowen Family Therapy approach while also utilizing Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused interventions to assist her clients. She works with adults and children with a focus on couples and family therapy.
Tom primarily treats children & adolescents & adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Family Therapy, Parent Management Training, Collaborative Problem-Solving Therapy, Organizational Skills Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to help his clients achieve wellness.
Kristi is trained in several therapeutic orientations including Psychodynamic, Eclectic, and EMDR in order to customize her treatment approach which increases her ability to achieve a positive outcome for her clients..
Amanda utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including CBT, Structural Therapy, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and Experiential Therapy to help her clients reach their treatment goals towards wellness.
Julia specializes in working with children and adolescents. She has experience in conducting psychoeducational assessments, as well as assessments for ASD, ADHD, and behavioral challenges.
Rebecca works not only with individuals, but also with the relationships that affect them. She have used her specialized training to treat a wide range of people, including individuals, children, adolescents, parents, couples, and families.
David is a scientist-practitioner that focuses on staying current on the latest developments in the field of psychology. David relies upon evidence-based approaches whenever possible to help his clients.
Michelle is a Professor in the Psychology Department at Northern Illinois University. She excels at training future psychologists and conducts research on bullying and victimization in schools.
Giselle has experience in supporting people with mood disorders, traumatic stress symptoms, addictions to substances, self-harming behaviors, and grief experiences through individual and group therapy modalities.
